Court Proceedings Stalled as Former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika and Sibling Miss Fraud Arraignment
The arraignment of Hadi Sirika, ex-Aviation Minister, and his brother Ahmad on charges of contract fraud of 19.4 billion Naira was postponed due to their absence. The EFCC failed to serve them the charges, leading to a new hearing scheduled for May 23rd.
